International Women’s Day is coming up on Friday 8 March 2019! The theme for this year is #BalanceforBetter, calling for a more gender-balanced world. To promote this campaign, individuals are posting images with the hashtag and striking a pose with their hands out 🤷♀️

This event is hosted by the King’s Business School and aims to promote diversity within graduate recruitment by providing a space for female students to find out more about careers in the finance industry.
