The Aleto Foundation has partnered with Avanade UK & Ireland, the leading provider of innovative digital and cloud services, to offer a FREE leadership and mentoring programme to ensure 17-27 year olds from ethnic minority backgrounds have the skills to thrive in the new digital world.
We are looking for enthusiastic young people keen to join us in learning more about the technology industry and accelerate their workplace skills. We will kick off in early June with a 3-day virtual (but fully immersive) leadership programme full of a combination of workshops, inspirational talks, interactive panel discussions, team challenges and more, but it doesn’t stop here! After the 3-day leadership programme, you will receive dedicated mentoring from one of Avanade’s leaders for a full 9 month period.
