Calling all students!
We would like to invite you to DXC Technology’s Virtual University Innovation Challenge which will start on 24th March 2021!
Students will be tasked with developing an innovative technological idea over the period of a week and presenting back to a panel of DXC staff Dragons Den style virtually over MS Teams. Its a great opportunity for you to build on the employability, innovation and interpersonal skills that we use at DXC every day and a chance to network with senior DXC Leaders.
This will be a fantastic opportunity to learn more about the tech industry and support your degree. There will also be prizes to be won for the best entries.
Sign up in your teams or individually via the following link where more information can be found: https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/university-innovation-challenge-tickets-142478223201
The first launch event will take place on the 24th of March from 10am until 11am, where we will pitch the challenge to participants. Following this, participants will be broken into teams, where you work together to develop an innovative technological solution to a problem. During the week, a number of drop-in sessions will be available to answer any questions you may have.
Finally, we will close the week on the 31st of March between 1pm and 4pm, with presentations from all groups in front of a DXC panel. Here you will have the opportunity to get feedback on your work, find out who has won the challenge and any additional prizes to be won.
