About the Blog

The King’s Commercial & Financial Law Blog is part of the King’s Student Law Review (KSLR) and is managed and edited by a team of students at King’s College London.

Our aim is to stimulate and enhance debate on topical issues and developments in the field of commercial law. The scope of our blog is broad, and in the past we have published material relating to corporate law, financial law, governance and regulatory issues, banking law, tax law, intellectual property, banking law, investment law and competition law.

We welcome and encourage all submissions on a rolling basis. Please see the “Publish With Us” page for more information.

To get the most out of conference and law-related opportunities follow us on Facebook (@KCLCommerciallawblog) and Twitter (@KSLR_Commercial).
