February marks King’s Climate and Sustainability Month, a collaboration between King’s and KCLSU that offers a variety of events that provides an opportunity for students and staff to connect and learn more about how to take action on the climate crisis. As part of that, King’s Careers & Employability is also hosting an array of events that aims to engage students interested in sustainability.
These events include:
- Monday 6th of February: Discover Careers in: Sustainability 18:00-19:15
- Tuesday 7th February: Discover Careers in: Social Enterprise 18:00-19:15
- Thursday 10th February: Discover Careers in: Renewable Energy & Sustainable Tech 14:00-15:15
- Thursday 10th February: Climate & Sustainability Careers Networking Night 18:00-19:30
If you’re interested in boosting your knowledge of sustainability AND make your CV stand out by gaining a King’s Experience Award? Then the KEATS Sustainability & Climate module is what you are looking for! This online, open-access, interdisciplinary module will introduce you to some of the biggest topics in sustainability, including climate change, social justice, sustainable business and how sustainability is relevant to your degree and future career goals.
