FSLA Essay Competition
The Financial Services Lawyers Association is hosting its annual essay competition to win a six-week internship with the FCA and a cash prize! The title for this year is: “Senior people somehow manage to keep their fingerprints off the relevant documents” Is there now a fair and effective system of accountability for senior people in the financial services industry? Essays should be no longer than 1500 words and full competition rules can be found on the FSLA website.

Ericsson Innovation Awards
A global university student competition that gives you the opportunity to drive changes and bring your ideas to life. This challenge students to put their academic knowledge to use and compete for a Grand Prize of 25,000 Euros and a trip to Stockholm to showcase your idea. Ericsson will also provide the shortlisted groups with professional mentoring support to develop concepts. This years theme is Dive Deeper and the challenge is to take the natural technology found within water and learn how to use it to develop innovative solutions. Find out more information here.

King’s20 Accelerator
King’s20 is a year-long Accelerator programme aimed at supporting the 20 brightest ventures from King’s to reach their potential. Winners receive an estimated £60,000 support, including office space, coaching, workshops and networking. Ventures can be at any stage of their development and the accelerator is open to all King’s students, staff and alumni.
