What’s the EY NextWave Data Science Challenge, you say?
It’s a global competition for data science students who want to make a difference. EY is looking for individuals to analyze real-world problems through data and make findings that will help build a better working world. With this challenge, they invite university students in subjects such as data science, engineering and physics to change the world for the better.
What’s in it for you?
- You will be exposed to an environment where data science techniques are applied to solve challenges faced by governments and organisations.
- The challenge gives you an opportunity to use your knowledge, experiment and understand how data and analytics can influence decision making.
- The winner/s of the challenge will have the opportunity to work with some of the brightest in data science through a paid internship with EY.
- The winner/s will also receive a money prize of up to $8,000.
