As a King\u2019s student and resident you have access to a wide range of sports and activities run by professionals, and most of them are free! Run by King\u2019s Sport and KCLSU, the programme has a range of activities including yoga, football, boot camp and more! Each activity is based at a different residence, so you\u2019re bound to find something right on your door step.<\/p>\n<p>As a resident, you also have free access to the regular BeActive timetable, which is open to all King\u2019s students. This programme has just launched a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/BeActiveprogramme\/photos\/a.392912950857553.1073741829.387967421352106\/803039209844923\/?type=3&amp;theater\">\u2018how-to\u2019<\/a> timetable, where you can try a sport\/activity that you haven\u2019t experienced before.<\/p>\n<p>You can watch a video <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=51FfG2WWH-w\">here<\/a> and you can find the new spring timetables <a href=\"http:\/\/www.kcl.ac.uk\/campuslife\/sport\/beactive\/index.aspx\">here.<\/a><\/p>\n<h2><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/blogs.kcl.ac.uk\/resilife\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/167\/files\/2017\/01\/giphy-7.gif\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-793 size-full alignright\" src=\"http:\/\/blogs.kcl.ac.uk\/resilife\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/167\/files\/2017\/01\/giphy-7.gif\" alt=\"giphy (7)\" width=\"281\" height=\"293\" \/><\/a>KCLSU Sports Clubs\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>KCLSU has over 50 sports clubs to choose from, all at a variety of levels. Whether you consider yourself a pro athlete or you just want to try something new, there\u2019s something for you.<\/p>\n<p>You can find a full list of clubs <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kclsu.org\/sport\/\">here.<\/a><\/p>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2><strong>King\u2019s Sport Gyms <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>King\u2019s Sport run residence gyms at Great Dover Street and Champion Hill. If you live in these residences you can visit your corresponding gym for free (it\u2019s included in your fees), simply ask at reception.<\/p>\n<p>King\u2019s Health and Fitness centre is run by King\u2019s Spot at Stamford Street, Waterloo. All Stamford Street Apartment residents can attend the gym for free! All other students have access to a very affordable membership.<\/p>\n<p>The gym is fully equipped with cardio equipment and weights, and also has a full range of classes available that are included in your gym membership.
