Dr Alec Knight is a Teaching Fellow in Public Health and leads the Health Psychology for Public Health module. He holds a First Class Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Warwick, as well as a Master’s degree and PhD in Occupational Psychology from the University of Nottingham. He has significant postdoctoral research and teaching experience, including 2 years as a Health Services Research Fellow at Nottingham, 2 years as a Public Health Research Associate at King’s, and 3 years as an Implementation and Improvement Science Fellow at King’s. His research interests include wellbeing in the workplace, medical selection and education, and applying behaviour change theory and methods in novel research areas. He is a peer-reviewer for journals including PLoS One, Implementation Science, and BMC Health Services Research.
