I am a Professor in the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.kcl.ac.uk\/nms\/depts\/informatics\/index.aspx\">Department of Informatics<\/a> at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.kcl.ac.uk\/index.aspx\">King&#8217;s College London<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding: 0px;margin: 0px 0px 10px 0px\">In this blog, I mostly write about Computer Science Education, a field all about the learning and teaching of computing.\u00a0Within this field, I am mostly interested in programming education, and especially in software tools for learning and teaching of programming.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding: 0px;margin: 0px 0px 10px 0px\">I am on the project lead for the\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.bluej.org\/\">BlueJ<\/a> and\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.greenfoot.org\/\">Greenfoot<\/a> projects, and more lately, <a href=\"https:\/\/strype.org\">Strype<\/a>, so much of what you find here will be related to those systems.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding: 0px;margin: 0px 0px 10px 0px\">You can find out more about me at\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.kcl.ac.uk\/people\/michael-kolling\">my department web page<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>My full name is Michael K\u00f6lling.
