Joshua Chircop   

Joshua is an LL.M. graduand at King’s College London specialising in International Financial Law. He is a Junior Associate at Mamo TCV Advocates in Malta assisting in the corporate and insurance practice groups of the firm. Joshua graduated from the University of Malta with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Master of Advocacy in 2016 and 2017 respectively. He was actively involved in the Malta Law Students’ Society between 2013 and 2016 and in the International Bar Association Young Lawyers Committee between 2016 and 2017.

Xenia Makridou

Xenia Makridou is a King’s College London Dickson Poon Scholar and LLB graduate, currently studying for her LLM in Corporate/Commercial Law at the London School of Economics & Political Science. Her interests lie in property/land law in general, and technology law in particular. She is also an Accredited Mediator with 218 Strand.

Tricia Teh

Tricia Teh is a second year LLB student at King’s College London. She is currently the VP Finance of the newly established KCL chapter of AIESEC, an assisting editor for Amnesty International Hong Kong, and has recently become an Accredited Mediator with 218 Strand. Her interests lie in IT law and intellectual property.


Meera Manoj

Meera Manoj is responsible for the Latest Focus Posts of the Blog. She is a student of business administration and law at Gujarat National Law University, India. Meera has a keen interest in commercial law and particularly in international trade law. She placed sixth in the Oxford University Publication Prize 2018 and serves as a student editor at the GNLU Journal on International Trade and Competition. Her interest in international trade stems from her association with the ELSA WTO Moot Court where her team won the Asia-Pacific Rounds and finished as World-Quarter Finalists in the 2017 edition. Subsequently she coached the team that went onto win the Asia Pacific Rounds and finish as World Runners-Up.
Hatim Hussain
Hatim is a law student at Gujarat National Law University, Gandhinagar, India, studying commercial and financial laws. He is also pursuing professional qualifications (ACA and CS) in accountancy and commercial laws and currently works as a research assistant with Cambridge Centre for Alternative Finance, University of Cambridge (Cryptoassets and Regulation). His interests lie in the interface of law, finance and technology. He also serves as an Associate Editor for the GNLU Journal on Law, Development and Politics and GNLU Journal of Law and Economics.
