The KSLR Commercial and Financial Law Blog, part of the King’s Student Law Review is launching a call for papers on EU Competition Law and Corporate Governance.
‘EU Competition Law’ encompasses topics such as public and private competition law enforcement, regulated sectors, abuse of dominance by big tech companies, digital markets and platform economies, and regulation of big data.
With regard to ‘Corporate Governance’, we ask for submissions that engage in, for example, contemporary cases on directors’ duties, voting rights and technology, and corporate social responsibility .
Submissions must be 500-2,500 words in length, comply with OSCOLA, and must reference relevant legal sources including any judgments, laws, treaties or other legal texts. Papers must be clear and concise, leaving out excessive jargon.
