Odgers Berndtson is organising their annual CEOx1DAY, giving 21 of the most ambitious and promising undergraduate students the opportunity to shadow top CEOs for a day and witness real leadership in action.
The application process includes a CV and an essay on leadership, and shortlisted candidates are invited to an online leadership assessment, with finalists participating in an assessment day. Though the application process is gruelling, you’ll practice the kinds of processes that many graduate schemes require, setting you up for the future.
