King’s has recently launched a student engagement programme with the President & Principal, Edward Byrne, and Vice-Principal, Karen O’Brien, holding student clinics and faculty sessions. A student clinic will be held on alternating campuses in the autumn and spring terms, giving you an opportunity to raise any concerns or have a brief chat about your experience at King’s.
The first clinic is being held on the Strand Campus at the Careers Centre, Level 1 of the Macadam Building on March 11, 2015 from 12.30 to 14.00.
This session will provide an opportunity for you to discuss any issues you might have or concerns about your experience at King’s with the following people:
- President & Principal – Professor Edward Byrne
- Vice-Principal (Education) – Professor Karen O’Brien
- Director of Student Services – Chris Shelley
- President of KCLSU – Sebastiaan Debrouwere
The clinic will be run on a first come, first served basis, and you will be allocated an appointment on arrival. Refreshments will be available at the event.
Further sessions will run in each faculty over the next 13 months. This will be a chance for students to showcase their work and have a half hour Q&A session with the Principal and Karen O’Brien.
