King’s Careers and Employability is part of The Careers Group, University of London; the largest Higher Education service in the country.

 

King’s Step Internship Programme – The King’s Step Internship Programme offers many opportunities for paid work experience, which can really help you to decide on your career priorities and boost your CV. If you are graduating this year, it is also a perfect way to try a profession before committing to a career. We are offering extra incentives to all employers providing internship opportunities for Kings’ students and graduates this year. So keep an eye out for internships open only to King’s students – as well as all other internships from the London Step Internship Programme  www.kcl.ac.uk/careers/kingsstepinternships

Finalists’ Programme: 3-7th June – Calling all finalists! Perhaps you’ve some ideas of career areas, but don’t know how to get there.  Perhaps you’ve had interviews but not got the job.  Perhaps you’ve no ideas at all. We can help. The City Course: 9-12 Sept – For a unique, insider’s perspective on a career in the City, come on our long-running and successful City Course. During the week you will visit prominent City employers and institutions. You will participate in employer-led business games and listen to presentations and graduate panels about the range of City careers. Gradclub – If you are completing your degree this year and you want to continue using the Careers service you will need to join Gradclub. For a discounted price of  £25 for 2 years you can keep coming to Careers & Employability, attending our events and fairs and having Quick Query sessions with our advisers even after you have left King’s – but you’ll need to join before the end of September, or the fee goes up to £55. www.gradclub.co.uk
