Dr Soizick Solman (Language Director at King’s College London) has been using quizzes in KEATS, for her course: 4AAFF120 French: Core Language (First-Year).
Each week she releases a set of exercises which enables students to practice in the form of informal assessment the material that they were taught that week. Currently there are 18 weeks-worth of exercises!
The Quiz activity module in KEATS allows the teacher to design and build quizzes consisting of a large variety of question types, including multiple choice, true-false, short answer and fill-in-the-blanks. These questions are then kept in the Question bank and can be re-used in different quizzes.
